Comprehensive Statewide Jury Verdict Coverage Since 1997
The KTCR
Maybe you know us as the Kentucky Trial Court Review, the KTCR or just the verdict reporter. Whatever. Since 1997 we've written a summary of almost every civil jury verdict in Kentucky. That's more than 6,000 verdict results.
Our monthly coverage (we began Volume 29 in January) includes both state and federal court. If you're not reading the KTCR and you try or settle tort cases (including employment and civil rights), and you don't rely on the KTCR, you're just guessing as to the value of your case.
Annual subscriptions are $399.00 plus tax ($422.94 for Ky. Residents)

About the Founder
Our fearless (somewhat) founder Shannon Ragland began the KTCR more than 25 years ago in the summer of 1997, publishing the Jefferson Circuit Court Reporter every two weeks. Quickly the publication moved statewide and over the years Shannon added a variety of books, The Year in Review, Classic Closing Arguments, The Expert Encyclopedia, among others. In 2000 a similar publication debuted in Indiana and Shannon has five more that are still publishing. That includes a couple of duds along the way including in OH, OK, NY, AR and VA. You can't win them all. Here's to 25 more years of verdicts and you can always reach Shannon at sragland@juryverdicts.net
