The Tennessee Jury Verdict Reporter
The Tennessee Jury Verdict Reporter began publishing in 2004 and we've chronicled some 3,500 civil jury verdict results in that time. We regularly include hyperlinks in the PDF versions to case documents.
Our monthly coverage (we are on Volume 22 now) includes both state and federal court. If you're not reading the verdict reporter and you try or settle tort cases (including employment and civil rights), you're just guessing as to the value of your case.
Annual subscriptions are $399.00 plus tax

About the Founder
Our fearless (somewhat) founder Shannon Ragland began the KTCR more than 25 years ago in the summer of 1997, publishing the Jefferson Circuit Court Reporter every two weeks. Quickly the publication moved statewide and over the years Shannon added a variety of books, The Year in Review, Classic Closing Arguments, The Expert Encyclopedia, among others.
In 2000 a similar publication debuted in Indiana and Shannon has four more that are still publishing. Tennessee came along in 2004. Shannon added Louisiana and Mississippi in 2011. That includes a couple of duds along the way including in OH, OK, NY, AR and VA. You can't win them all.
Here's to 25 more years of verdicts and you can always reach Shannon at sragland@juryverdicts.net
